Refund Policy
IT Stores have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Customers must return the items via mail to us.
For Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, We will email you a prepaid return label once you raise a Return Authorisation (RA).
Change of Mind Returns
If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item your can return it within 30 days. The goods must be unopened products in original packaging, and products that have never been used. We do not accept products that are lightly used or opened. Shipping is not refundable.
Change of mind returns incur a 20% restocking fee and shipping is at your expense. We strongly recommend to use tracking for your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders, digital items or when stated in our product description. You will see a note similar to"Please note: No change of mind returns on this product". Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Starting a Return
Contact us at sales@itstores.com.au or call 02 8007 6260 using your Order number in the heading. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label when required, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days of our receipt of your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
